Doubtful, as the article says there are only 175 affected Fiestas in the US. And it's a minor problem--gasoline leakage, fire risk, etc.--so why worry? ;-)

The plant committing the boo-boo in question is the one that builds the FiST, however, so it's possible some of us are affected. Ford does have a spot on their site where one can put in a VIN and check on recalls for that vehicle.
