I'm still waiting for the Fiesta ST to come to GT6

Less Focus, more Fiesta.

Still, it is good that the new 2015 Focus ST is coming to GT6. I am sure it is just a refresh and mechanically the same as the 2013-14. I have been using the 2002 Focus RS with a 6 speed and reduced power to simulate the Fiesta ST. Brandon and I did that for one of our Fiesta Movement missions to compare virtual lap times to actual lap times.

The 2015 redesign does seem like a nice evolution from what I've seen, but I do wish the FiST got more lovin' in GT6. I think Forza has the FiST at least...

GRID 2 and GRID Autosport both have the Focus ST. Not sure what else does.

DIRT 3 has the rally Fiesta in it, if that makes anyone feel better about the lack of a Fiesta ST in a game so far.

I'm hoping with all the really positive reviews in the automotive magazines etc that GT6 will add the FiST. If they don't add it for GT7 I will be really disappointed.

The FiST is definitely in Forza 5, it's super fun to drive MY car on the famous tracks of the world.

I also have one with a Twin Turbo V8 and AWD, because RACECAR! :woot:

I forgot it was in a game already. I had seen something on that before, but I don't have an Xbox so I can't play Forza anyway.

I enjoyed the original Gran Turismo and GT2 on the PlayStation, but when I picked up a PS3 and got a cheap copy of GT5 after liking 1 and 2 so much, I was pretty disappointed in it. Kinda soured me from wanting to get anymore Gran Turismo games. The original GRID is still my favorite racing game.

However, after reaching out to Polyphony Digital for confirmation, “there is no info about the new Focus ST coming to GT6 as of now,” and Ford’s announcement should not be taken as confirmation that the new car will be in the game."

don't know if it changed a lot in forza 5 but the previous versions were no match with gran turismo in terms of realism (with a steering wheel)
