Mountune took care of any Quick shift Problems over 6 months ago and recalled or replaced any parts that were not 100% up to Mountune Standards aka Top Shelve Stuff... I know I am a Fanboy as I had a issue and Ken took such good care of me like last Feb of this year 2014 or so .. No worries anymore...
