I recently had a bad water leak in the cabin in my FiST and opted to move into a 2017 that I got a good deal on. However it didn't have Recaro seats and quite frankly the stock seats suck.

Has anyone had luck installing aftermarket drivers seat? Also I read there is air bag issues?

Any help is appreciated I need a plan for a better seat. I like the new FiST but it needs a better drivers seat.

Until you get the seat you want, are you aware that the stock seat has an adjustable lower back lumbar support? The lever is on the right side of the seat back. I get a backache without that support on mine, it helps a lot.

Yes I did read about the lumbar before I signed on the stocker seats.

It does help but going from a 2015 FisT with Recaros to a 2017 without is kind of painful.

I would be willing to save up some cash and do an install if anyone else has done a successful upgrade but I can't find jack crap for info on aftermarket seat swaps.
