I saw all the mods people were doing and I like to keep my car looking pretty stock atleast under the hood. I decided to go off of what others have done and see how it goes.
I drilled a 1 3/4 hole in the bottom of the airbox using the drain hole as my pilot.
I then bought a 1.5 inch 90 degree rubber elbow from lowes(i think it was 5 bucks).
I shoved the elbow into the bottom of the airbox and voila. It isnt perfect and I dont know how much it will help but I feel it is now going to feed more cold air into the airbox. I also drilled another small hole in the bottom of the airbox for drainage just so water doesnt pool around it.
The elbow faces the front of the car just like the current cold air feed at the top. I was going to use glue to secure it but I just left it wedged for now and we will see what happens.

Here is a link to the elbow I used: Elbow
