I have a 20" curved ebay special and a baja designs squadron pro spot behind the grille as well.
Because the bar sits in front of the crash bar, it doesn't impede the airflow any more than stock. The Baja designs may a little, but I haven't noticed any temps higher than usual since putting it in.
I do intend on doing a mishimoto radiator once they come out anyways to combat the high temps during sustained high energy driving.
