So I just took my car in for a clear bra install. The owner and I had a bit off a laugh. He had gotten some of our emails confused because he had another customer named Andrew (my name as well) with a Fiesta ST and it even came from the same dealership. He finally figured it out because my car is M.O. So I know there is at least one performance blue FiST out here somewhere! Wow I feel like this borders on craigslist missed connections territory:wideyed:.

Anyhow any Minneapolis / Saint Paul Metro people here?

That's where I went. They had one PB when I was looking for my car. Still makes me rethink my color choice some times. Autonation was great and they seem to have the best performance selection out here.

Did you get the Recaros? There was two PB's and one Black. I wanted the Recaros and when I seen the PB shine with that purple tint in it. It was over. I had to drive that one out.

Have you done any road trips yet? I went down to Sioux City, IA to see some old friends. It was AWESOME!!! I LOVE THIS CAR, DUDE!!!

Ya I got have the Recaros. It actually went a long way in convincing my fiancee we needed the car, she loves the seats as much as I do. I haven't been able to take any road trips yet. I drive from St.P to Mlps a lot so my only fun right now is on ramps and off ramps :shifty:.

Went to my first C&C today!
Pretty big turn out considering the weather. There was one other FiST. A TB with the temp plate. I wanted to say hi but the owner was never around.

One more in the metro area, I work for Tasca but do so out of an office in White Bear lake. Don't drive an FiST but I do drive an SVTF that's been my daily for going on eleven years now. I did make a couple C&C events this year so you may have seen it. I know I saw at least one FiST.



We used to have a really strong Focus owners group but it's kind of fallen off over the years, it would be nice to get a new group going for local meets or to go to C&C with. Check out the MNFOCUS page, it's still there, just needs a little life breathed into it.

Thanks for popping in Steve! I work in White Bear Lake once a week and think I've driven by your car quite a few time. I always wondered who had such a clean SVT lol.

As for groups I've been using one of the focus ST forums for MN get togethers and such, they seem to have the most vibrant community right now. They actually just had a cruise a couple weeks ago. Unfortunately while we are more of a .NETwork of FiestaST they are more of a .ORGanization of FocusST. Just seems to be how groups have settled.
