wow that looks freaking incredible. I definitely want to try that. I wonder if you can get that look from just using plastidip? I haven't personally used it, but from the pics it seems like plastidip gives you a matte finish. These look a bit more polished. I know someone placed a red stripe around their wheel using just tape, but I'd prefer something more durbale

Plastidip is matte. They also make a glossifier for it to give it some shine. It's possible to do that with Plastidip, but I'm not sure it would be more durable than tape and it would a pain to tape off for the red accents.
