BC Coilover Group Buy with Joe @ 2J Racing

Here's a place to talk about our proposed group buy with 2J Racing.

Several of us expressed interest in buying a set of coilovers, and it's time to see if we have seven or more members willing to commit.

I'm in for a "street setup". I'd like to preserve near-stock ride height, and I'm also interested in options for inverted body shocks and a remote reservoir setup. I don't know if this is even an option for our application, but I'd like to find out.

Assuming seven, what's our price for the standard build, each?

Who's in? :)

McRib's order has shipped. The parts were on the shelf for that one set. The other parts are in route to finish up the remaining 3.

All the orders have shipped! Took a while to get all the parts lined up, the correct rear springs (length, rate). At any rate, if anyone has any questions call the shop during your install.

1. REMEMBER TO SET THE VALVING TO FULL SOFT BEFORE INSTALLING, THEN GO +5 FRONT, +6 REAR
2. REAR RUBBER ISOLATOR GOES ON TOP OF REAR SPRING
3. DO NOT WORRY ABOUT THE OEM DAMPENER ON THE FRONT SHOCKS (ALUMINUM BOX). ITS NOT REQ
Typical UPS - but not to worry, the BCs are ok. We've got 4 years of racing on our set and they still function as they did when new.
We did hit our magic number! Tomorrow Kate will issue everyone their $50 credits back on either the CC used or paypal. Sorry for the delay in getting on here, we did go racing and then our new dynojet showed up on Feb 19 and we've been playing with new parts, camsets and exhausts. Exciting stuff

The best rates I have found are the 6/4 that we spec'd for the kit. Its ridiculous for daily use - very soft and compliant (better than stock) but you can crank it up 30 clicks and it performs so well on the track. You can get the rear to rotate so nicely.
