Thanks Joe. This might be an option for me when I get my car later in the year. I will miss the group buy, but the range of adjustment seems perfect for summer/winter conditions. The bounciness of the ST rear can get annoying if the road has expansion joints spaced just right to set off the frequency of the chassis. This sounds like it fixes both things with one product.The height adjustment level is 2" higher than stock to 2.5" lower than stock (4.5" total). I dont recommend either of those extremes, but its very easy to find your happy medium with these.
For daily, I run the dampening setting at +5 Rear (from full soft) and +4 Front (from full soft).
While not exactly the same, I ran Koni "yellows" all year round in my ZX3. The oil, when cold, gave a much stiffer ride until it warmed up. I would assume this would be the case for these. All shocks ride differently in the cold. Running full soft in the winter is probably what I would do since it makes up for the cold oil.Joe, any concerns with running these year-round in a region that can see temperatures around zero F for a couple of months? In the old days they used to talk about "all weather fluid" in shocks. Not sure if that still applies.
I recall Joe saying you could do -2.5 degrees of camber -- but way too much on a street car.Another question: are you using the max camber adjustment? I understand the BCs have a slotted hole at the strut attachment for camber adjustment. Just wondering what the max is. I will only add 1.5° same as you since my car is a daily driver.
