I'm new to the Ford world. I'm coming from the BMW market and there were a few go-to places for OE parts.

For the Fords, what's the best place to order OEM parts from? Am I best off just going to a dealer? Or are there dealers that sell online? Or 3rd party online places?

Talk to your dealer. Some are very good about giving about giving parts discounts, others are not. In my case, sales manager, parts manager & I sat down and they have been great about parts pricing. There are some dealers who could care less. There are a few dealers who do sell on eBay & Amazon. Whenever possible, do your homework first, know the correct part number, and shop around.
