Best Track/Street Tires <$150

I'll be getting a set of ST rims soon and want opinions on the best mixed use tires I can get for about $100 per tire ($150 pt max). Until I get dedicated track tires, I want to get something that will offer me good performance on the street (generally dry conditions but not something that would kill me in the rain) but at the same time be good and grippy and able to take the punishment of the occasional track/autocross event.

Will probably be buying this weekend.

BFG Rival 205-50r15 $115 each with a $50 gift card when you purchase four at the Tire Rack, that comes out to $102.50 each.

They are said to "wear like stone" maybe that's good enough for street use?

If you get 15" wheels the tire sizes will remain some of the cheapest available with performance tires made for Miatas.

Oops, I didn't see the used ST rims bit.

15" tires would be a bit of a stretch...
