Has anyone received this tire in this size yet?

Yes. I have two on the front now. will be getting the the next two this week or next. Discount tire got them in a couple of days from order date.

Oops. I did not see the "S" bit. I do not have Rival S tires, just garden variety Rivals. Sorry.
