I wouldn't recommend using an OTS map optimized for one company's parts with another's.

Yes, I have and currently am. I do not have the mountune intake but the mountune-inspired DIY modded stock intake with a K&N drop-in. No timing being pulled and runs BEAUTIFULLY!!! Cobb exhaust being delivered on Wednesday. Will be ordering the Cobb intake as soon as it releases.

Are you running the stock FMIC and Stage 2? Or did I read that wrong and you are running the Mountune FMIC?

Yes I have the Mountune FMIC and the DIY modded intake as my setup. Sorry if I was unclear

No worries, glad to hear it's running great!
I'm sure COBB's FMIC will be similar to most of the other aftermarket ones, so I don't see why anyone should expect any issues with Stage 2 ots map and that type of setup.
