Well, we’re back from a short yet exhausting week at the SEMA Show in Las Vegas. Ford’s massive push of their Ecoboost line presented us with an opportunity to be involved in a number of builds for this year’s show, and that we did. COBB products dominated the Focus and Fiesta builds within Ford’s booth, the Full-Race Fusion also sported a V3 Accessport to complement their upgraded turbo setup.

Our COBB Tuning/Foust Fiesta ST is rocking our full Stage 3 Power Pack including an Accessport V3, COBB Front Mount Intercooler, Cobb Intake, COBB 3" Downpipe, and COBB 3" Turboback Exhaust. We also added our Fiesta ST Rear Motor mount and the all-important COBB knob.

The Ice Nine Group's Fiesta ST was also outfitted with our full Stage 3 Power Package along with a COBB knob.

MRT Performance brought their Forza 5 inspired Fiesta ST complete with an Accessport V3, COBB 3" Downpipe, COBB Front Mount Intercooler, COBB Intake, and COBB Rear Motor Mount.

The FSWERKS Fiesta ST was equipped with an Accessport V3, COBB downpipe, and COBB Rear Motor Mount.

Green Filter's show stopping, Lotus inspired Focus ST brought home Ford's Outstanding Achievement Award. This car is equipped with our Focus ST Stage 3 Power package.

Full-Race brought a very nicely built 2.0L Ecoboost Ford Fusion. Their build includes an upgraded Borg Warner EFR turbocharger capable of 400+ horsepower and is tuned using a COBB Accessport.

so...

some questions..

when will the additional hardware be available?

dyno graphs?

how far can you go with the current setup, fueling/turbo?

any talk of a slightly larger turbo (garret vnt-17)?................
Great work guys! Did the fiesta st get the weak rear motor mount from the focus st? What kind of power can you expect with an intake, innercooler, down pipe, full exhaust and a custom tune? Care to share any dyno graphs?

Not for our cars, but here's Revo's stage 1 and 2 numbers http://www.revotechnik.com/news/2013/ford-fiesta-st-1-6t-release/

Does a 3" downpipe do much when it's going into the smaller catback exhaust system? It's indicated above that not all of those SEMA Fiestas had the 3" pipe all the way back. Also I'm wondering if a 3" pipe is really needed for a 1.6L engine. Wouldn't 2.5" be plenty for the amount of air being moved?
Turbo cars are sensitive to exhaust system back pressure so going big is the safe choice. If you aren't planning big power, a 2.5" mandrel bent exhaust would be an upgrade from stock but you probably want to weigh sound and price against size so until we see what is out there, there is no obvious choice.

As soon as we can get it released! No exact dates, but final fitment and power numbers are in progress. We are always talking about more power and bigger turbos, but we haven't tested yet.
