Seems that there was a good stick to the glass before I did my springs and now intake (bc it has to come off). What are you guys doing to get it to stick again it are you not worrying about it?

If you install the upper cowl correctly (not too high or too low) it will stick correctly. Then using the palm of your hand work from one side to the other to get the upper cowl to stick to the glass you will hear it when it sticks. You might try cleaning the surface of the upper cowl that sticks to the glass. I've had mine off numerous times, with no problems.
