I'm probably going to wait and see, but if I was going to buy something right now it would be the FSWerks exhaust or the CP-e catted downpipe with the stock exhaust.

I'm waiting to see what Mountune does - apparently they're working on a full exhaust system. If I was to get something that's out there now, I'd probably go Mongoose, because I had their cat-backs on both ST170 and RS, and both sounded great - not too noisy, but quite aggressive...

Magnaflow and 2J Racing have much more mellow options than most of what I've seen. Pretty down low on WOT, but not much droning at steady state highway RPMs (that part is based on other people's input). These both are resonated and muffled.

Here are three 2J Racing-related clips from RodMoe:

Rear exhaust sound Rev/idle

Rear Seat Sound

Highway On ramp to speed 3k approx 80 mph

The Magnaflow exhaust looks very siimilar, but I think its piping diameter is smaller (2.25 vs. 2J Racing 3-inch piping).

I was leaning to the Milltek exhaust, but now I'm tilted to 2J Racing.

Here's the "official" Milltek video (provides a little more audible effects data):

And here's the Magnaflow video, but it's almost useless due to a heavy music-over.

Ordering my 2J stainless system this week hopefully. 2J said in email that they are building the stainless catbacks this week and the downpipes should be ready in a couple weeks. Looks like Innovative Tuning in Buffalo is my nearest Cobb Pro Tuner so I will probably be scheduling a session with them soon!

Do you think cobb will release a catback with res?

Not sure about the Res on the COBB but it looks like it will be a 2.5 dia pipe based on what they (COBB) have been posting around the net about their testing and stuff..
