I only live about 20 minuets from Wilwood so it will be bigger brakes instead of painted wheels.

It seems the UK buyers are head over heals about Rado Gray Wheel/Red caliper combo. A report from earlier this year states that the take rate on the first 3K cars order were that 90% were opting for the upgrade.
Except ME!
It is always me!

Sounds like most ST's are being ordered with the rado wheels and Recaro package. Not surprised though, glad to hear it's sorted out.
Well that blows .. so much for being unique !!
Mine came right of the lot with gray rims. Is there another colour rim?
Mine came with the gray wheels, I really just wanted the painted calipers, but the wheels have really grown on me.

Painted calipers are a cop target in the town where I work. And thanks to brake dust I have free gray wheels!

The grey wheels and red calipers package is an option over the standard issue silver wheels and unpainted calipers.

I like the grey wheels, but I'd leave the painted calipers personally. I haven't really decided if I want to get the grey wheels or not. But by the time I can actually get the car they'll probably change all the options around on me anyway.

They hide the dust well...

My plan was to replace the stock wheels and tires as soon as possible after getting the car. For me it would have been $800 just for painted rotors. For the that much $$$ I can do it or have it done.
Standard silver wheels on mine. Most on the lot had the Rado Grey.

*Painted calipers. And it's a $375 option. Too much just for painted calipers still, but I'd need a lot more than painted wheels and calipers if it was an $800 option. :p
I think if I had chosen a different color I would have given the gray wheels option more thought but with that blue color, I think the silver wheels will look great. Not too big a fan of painted calipers though.
I wanted to get the Rado grey wheels and red calipers, but I ended up just springing for what was in stock at the dealership. Turns out, since I live by the beach and it's humid year round - that, in combination with the unnatural amount of brake dust the brakes generate coat my rims and make them look grey anyway. Guess that's a win.

I didn't care one way or another, but didn't want to pay for painted wheels or calipers. However, my dealer only had cars with them so I ended up getting the package for free since they wanted to make the sale.

What's the best cleaners for the calipers brakes and rims?
I don't know the "BEST". There is bound to be disagreement, depending upon such things as ease of use, effectiveness, environmental impact, price/benefit ratio, etc etc, etc...

Your best bet is to WAX the wheels once they ARE clean, to help make them easier to clean. There are waxes specifically for wheels available, but whether they are better than a paint sealer, or carnuba wax is also up for debate.....

All that said, I waxed my aftermarket wheels with paste wax before I put them on the car and now use Griot's Wheel Cleaner.

scrubber brushes.

NFI, just satisfied.

I do my best to wash the car once a week, by hand, and go no more than two weeks between wheel cleanings.

I used windex and a microfiber cloth and the brake dust just wiped right off.

Careful using ammonia based products
