The Focus ordered same day for my wife will be delivered the week of 12/9. I think they build them in Michigan.

I do too, but none of them are what I want...They have all come with Recaros.I am very surprised that some of you are still waiting.

For an additional 2 grand i can get a full autocross coil-over suspension and a set of wheels and tires.
No you don't slide around. That's a myth. Unless maybe you have all leather. There is enough bolstering in the FiST stock seats, especially for my wide rear end.And then while you are auto crossing you will be sliding all around in your seat.
Just kidding, I know you need to get what you want.
I chose not to have the moon roof and the dealers only seem to order fully loaded cars.

I have done enough instructing in schools and driving different cars to know the feel. This past year I competed with an Audi TT Quattro Coupe, MX-5, Focus SVT and Jetta GLI all with stock seat belts and don't remember having any problems.
Regardless, I use a 4 point race webbing belt set and always have...............
As far as the moon roof, I love 'em! But one of my guys was serious about talking me out of it and then seeing how far back it sits, I opted out.
In fact my only option is bazinga dollars for Molten Orange!! That's when the dealer said, you know, my mark up is only $500....
