I would like to know where the extra ~200 lbs of curb weight comes from vs. the regular Fiesta.
For europe vs. usa ST....

I weighed two identically equipped cars on the same scale, on the same day. Both full fuel...

FoE = 2622 lbf, 62.5% front
FNA = 2750 lbf, 60.1% front

so 128 lbf different. Weight mostly comes from rear doors, bumper structures and other body reinforcements for US crash and full size spare

Relative to base car....wheels/tires, brakes, body bits, turbo/ancillaries, heavier firewall liner (nvh), full size spare...all adds up

As per the ST manual, the front bar is 19 mm.
This is the same size as the non-ST.

I was told that the springs are the same as the FRPP Handling Pack that was available for the 2011-2013 Fiesta.

hmmm....I pulled the base car print yesterday to look. I'll double check next week....not in office tomorrow.
