on the driver window? Mine has one touch down and the switch has the detent for one touch up but it doesn't do anything when activated. Manual wasn't helpful.

The auto up feature is disabled in the car's software from the factory, and the dealer must initialize the setting during PDI (pre-delivery inspection).

Contact your dealer.

you can program it to have one touch up, the proceedure is in the owner's manual. When I have had my battery disconnected, I have to reprogram the windows. It is something related to holding the button full up or full down for so many seconds. It is easy and the steps are in the manual.
