Driver Window Auto-Up Not Working

Hello all. New member here. Got my 2014 FiST a few weeks ago. I installed the FSWERKS intake on it this evening. Part of the install was disconnecting the positive battery terminal. After I got the intake installed (and hooked the positive battery terminal back up), I took the car for a drive. I noticed that the auto-up on the driver window is no longer working. The auto-down still works however. The auto-up worked before the intake install/battery terminal disconnection. Any ideas on what might have happened? Any way to trouble shoot this before going to the dealer? Thanks!
