I have an old chicane,which has over150 th on clock,has been running well,but has developed,an overheating prob,due to,left stationary running for some time,i think it could be the thermostat,any thoughts thanks

I'm not familiar with that car, but I'd start with the thermostat. I'll bet you're right.
