That sounds like pure rice to me
LOL, I agree! It's hard to get a deep tone out of most 4 cylinder cars. One car that I can think of that sounds amazing straight out of the factory is the Fiat Abarth. How they were able to get a sound like that out of a 1.4 liter motor is beyond me but props to them. I prefer to keep the cats in place including the resonators as I have found that it reduces most of the raspy/rattling fart noises. I wish I had a sound bite of my 2012 Fiesta. All I did was have a local muffler shop install a Bassani muffler and the throaty sound that came out of that mod even surprised the muffler guy who caters to mostly V8 vehicles. In the end, I found the resonance in the cockpit annoying for long commutes so I'll be keeping this ST exhaust stock. That sounds like pure rice to me
Ya I will prob put a muffler on it next weekend and hope I don't get a ticket before thenHoly crap that is loud!
I'm planning on getting the Milltek decat and some custom piping from it to the end tip with only pipes, kinda like what you have done. Aside from the noise level, are you loosing any torque and gaining any power at the top? This is my fiesta st with the miltek decat and mrt exhaust this has no resonator or muffler and it's all pipe and it's loud

I don't think I really feel any torque loss and I feel like it's faster all around and picks up quicker at freeway speeds but I'm just using the Cobb access port stage 1 91 tune I think with a new tune I could get even better resultsI'm planning on getting the Milltek decat and some custom piping from it to the end tip with only pipes, kinda like what you have done.
