I gotta agree, that belongs on a racetrack. It's really horrible, all raspy and hollow sewer-pipe sound. 
Frankly, if someone lived near me with that pipe and I had to hear that every day, I'd call the police. And I consider myself pretty liberal when it comes to loud pipes, having owned a few myself.
