I don't know how other insurance companies work.. But odd's are the ST will not be insured under different coverage than a Titanium etc...
Same as my Raptor... It is covered with the rest of the f-150's.. No penalty for being a specialty performance vehicle. One of the benefits of being a trim package, rather than a unique vehicle.
They generally just care about Model year, drivetrain and # of doors in my experience.
This was he scenario today when I priced out my insurance costs... It was lumped into the same coverage as all of the other Fiesta hatchback packages. They didn't separate them. It's gonna cost me roughly the same to insure my '14 Fiesta ST as it was costing me to insure a 2010 Raptor. However, that is with a bunch of added coverage I didn't have before.
