I'm looking at getting a set of wheels. I want to keep the stock wheel size. When looking at what to purchase, is there anything I need to know/worry about? Like wheel offset, and such. Thanks

While you needn't buy from them, go to http://www.tirerack.com/ to see what they have to offer. They list all data with all wheels so you can get an idea of what fits and what doesn't. For example, even though the bolt pattern is the same for the Focus and the Fiesta, not all wheels come up in both lists. ( I did buy from them and am completely satisfied)

the Fiesta ST supplement lists all the specs for the OE wheels except for the bolt pattern of 4x108mm. Only the 2000-2011 Focus is 4x108mm. The 2012-15 Focus is 5x108mm so those wheels won't work on a Fiesta.

you can also look up any wheel that fits the Contour, Mystique, and FWD Cougar. Not that anyone is actually making wheels for those cars anymore, but still a useful tip if you want a set of factory take-offs for winter.

TireRack is a wonderful site to use for research and purchasing.
