While I like the look of your first picture, when I bought my FiST the license plate wasn't installed which I think looks the best, no plate. However I got stopped once and warning was enough for me to get it installed in default location, half over bumper and half over upper grill.

FYI and you may already know this but I would be worried about blocking a good percentage of air flow to your intercooler on your FoST which would be bad for your charge air temperatures going into the engine.

In Oregon a front plate is required. I'm tired of getting $80 ticket when parking downtown. I was worried about blocking the air flow, so I thought I'd see what everyone was doing for an alternative placement.

From what I've personally seen on this forum the couple of other FiST forums, seems like most people either use the default Ford bracket and location or run without a front license plate. I've seen a few people use the Show N Go which is very similar to the one in your picture, however that one blocks the intercooler too.

Is that the 2015 model? I remember seeing the front frames on the 2014 mounted on the lower part of the grill, not right in the middle. I'm picking up my 2015 with the front frame next week, and am hoping to remove it in favor of the euro-plate option.

I'm not sure what's in the picture. We did order a 2015 FiST. You'll have to post a pic with the euro plate. What color/options did you get with your 2015?

You are correct! It was just the example from the website selling the bracket.
