Anyone else ever have problems with fueling? I was 200 miles from home yesterday only to discover that the spring tension filler flap was stuck in place, preventing me from adding fuel to the car. Tried working it free/loose with a pocket knife with no luck, so ended up ramming it with the pump filler neck and breaking it loose/free. Luckily it didn't fall into the tank!
I have also noticed that both front windows rattle quite a bit when opened even slightly, as does the sunroof-- A bit of a quality control disappointment but still a very fun car to drive. 2200 miles and counting on factory oil + Injen intake (still contemplating Cobb stage 1).

Ive noticed the windows rattle when just cracked for about the first inch or two. But, lower than that they seem not too.

Also, have a small rattle somewhere on the passenger side dash or shift column. Only audible w/ no stereo on or no talking.

Considering it's the cheapest car in Ford's line up and they didn't really do anything extra to the ST as far as sound deadening or interior plastic upgrades, it's about expected to get some form of rattling. I think I'd be plenty happy with the rattles in the Fiesta compared to all the rattles and vibrations in my ZX2. :p I barely even notice them anymore so the Fiesta would be silent to me. haha

Just turn up your music or push the fun pedal harder and the rattles will be moot. :)

I have the window rattle on all four windows. Hasn't been warm enough to roll'em too far down so its been driving me crazy. The reason it annoys me is that I'm pretty sure it's NOT a fiesta issue. My '11 has never done that (fiancée's car now).

My exhaust hits a bolt head on the undercarriage when hitting bumps in right hand corners (or just large bumps in general). Took forever to figure that out as it sounds like something is lose in the hatch area.
