Heater not working?

This morning it's -20 here in southern ontario my wife was going to work and the heater system would not turn on at all?
Anybody have this happen to them?
Can't drive the car due to the windshield fogging up and freezing

Live in Toronto. My car is parked outside.. No problems even when it was -35

Is this repair covered by warranty? I live in Toronto and it's been a brutal cold winter so far but no heater problems

I never had any issues either, I complained to my dealer about this issue, although one time I had snow come in for a couple of seconds. Can you post a pic afterwards? Will call my dealer. My car sits on the streets. Had no problems in the -40 temps

If you are talking about the black sponges over the vents, they came on my car when I brought it
