Hi All,

I've been lurking around here for a few weeks and thought I'd say hi.

I'm a happy owner of 6 week young FiST. I've basically only really been for a couple of spirited drives through the local hills which were amazing. Otherwise the car handles the daily grind really well. The car just seems to do the fundamental things so well i haven't felt the need to change much. That said I'd love for @COBB to release the AccessPORT for the global market as it was so much fun on the previous Mazda I owned. I may end up buying a tune at some point to tide me over :p

Anyway love the forum and learning heaps about the car and am looking forward to seeing the platform progress!

cheers,
Len

Haha yeah it could be fun for a road trip and do some fourth gear WOT runs :) It's refreshing there's a state in our country that is not lowering speed limits.
I'm looking forward to driving holiday in this car for sure!

Hey Dan, there's a few Aussies here ;) I'm not sure there's any others from SA but if there is I'd love to here from them. I've only seen one other FiST in Adelaide so far.
Is that a Red ST I see in your avi?
How's the car going for you?

Yeah, the Red Racer (so a friend has called it!) is mine. As is the 'purple' wrapped 170 in the background - until it's sold. I'm absolutely loving it so far. In just under four weeks I've racked up close to 1,700km - and that's with being out of town the last two weekends!

Not sure how active the RS/STXR4/XR5 scene is down SA way, but I'm sure there'd be plenty of other Fast Euro Fords running around. If you're on Facebook, try the Ford XR5 Turbo group, or either of the main XR5 forums - both have ST/XR4 offshoots.
