Anyone have any instruction on the wiring I need to lead into my amp from the head unit?

Already have a 1000 watt amp, going for the under floor above the tire setup. What's the easiest location to hook the converter up too? And is there anything I'm over looking?

This would probably be ideal right? So i dont have to run a remote wire.
The remote wire was the easiest part of my install so far. Tapped into the fuse box and ran it under the weather seal for the doors under the rear seat into the trunk, took about 5 min.

I'm still trying to figure out the best place to tap into the speakers for input. I see others only tapping into 1 channel, but I'd like to tap into both as my amp has inputs for both right and left and I assume it combines them into the mono output to the sub. I'd also like to mount the loc somewhere where it is fairly easily accessible for tuning.
