It was Performance Blue, going the other way on Central Expressway.

I'm surprised that it was the first I saw.

I've seen maybe 6 different Focus STs on the street but this was the first Fiesta ST.

Saw my second Fiesta ST in the wild, looked like Race Red, he noticed my car and gave me a wave.

I was just at the dealership and saw my salesman. We talked about the Fiesta ST for a while, he says the dealership sells them quick, maybe 20 since mine.

We just don't cross paths.

On the other hand, there are probably 2,000,000 people in the south bay and maybe 50 Fiesta STs assuming all dealerships sell them at the same rate so that is still a needle in a hay stack.

I don't believe it.

Last night while carpooling to SF I saw a silver Fiesta ST on 280.

I was riding shotgun in a old Toyota but I waved.

Then this morning going to work I saw a Blue Fiesta ST.

I was so surprised seeing two within about 15 hours that I drove up next to him, waved and forgot to shift from third to first at the stop light. The light turned green just a moment after I stopped and then I stalled my car trying to start in third.

I felt like a moron at high school graduation.
