Does anyone know the material covering the A-pillars in the interior of the Fiesta ST? Is it cloth or a form of plastic? It is textured like a cloth weave but my guess is that it is a form of plastic but before I apply any kind of plastic or vinyl dressing like Vinylex I would like to confirm. Thanks!

In the Focus ST, it is a plastic cover but with a cloth like texturing. However, I don't have FiST nearby to check if it's the same..

It's some sort of cloth. I'd attach an "oh shit handle" except that the A-pillar also houses a goddamn airbag so applying or mounting anything to it is a challenge

The A-pillars on the FiST are definitely hard plastic covered. My cell phone mount clips in very tightly. The air bags are in the head liner.
