I just got word yesterday that my dealership got the build sheet so I guess that means my new car is finally on it's way to me. I suppose that means I can stop lurking and introduce myself.
I have been looking at FiST since before it came to The States. In fact, it was they day Suzuki declared bankruptcy in the US. I owned a 2009 Suzuki SX4 awd manual hatchback at the time and wanted to trade in the car immediately before resale/trade value tanked. The only car I really wanted to replace it with was not available yet though so I put it out of my mind. I had put quite a bit into the sx4 and still loved it. Although it could have been faster despite having every bolt on (except a turbo) made for the car, it handled well on the stiffer springs and rear swaybar I had installed along with OEM 17s I had bought from a Suzuki Kizashi. That and being a few payments away from paying it off helped dreams of ST ownership fade into memory.
Enter divine intervention. We got hit with baseball size hail the day after I paid the SX4 off...
