Once again, http://www.tascaparts.com/oe-ford/c1bz9942528a?search_str=C1BZ*9942528*AWent to a dealer just now.. $45 for a new st rear badge.
Heat gun, to warm up the badge and tape behind it. Not time much is required, and about 6-8" away from the car. Then use fishing line or dental floss to separate the badge from the car. Finally I used goo-gone to take off all the residue of the tape that was left over.Got mine a couple of weeks ago but will wait until spring to attach it. Any helpful hints on removing the current Fiesta badge?
I concur. Easy peasyHeat gun, to warm up the badge and tape behind it. Not time much is required, and about 6-8" away from the car. Then use fishing line or dental floss to separate the badge from the car. Finally I used goo-gone to take off all the residue of the tape that was left over.
Just as a note you keep linking to the Fiesta nameplate, not the ST nameplate that you are showing in your picture.
Actually the illustration on the website is simply incorrectly linked to a generic illustration, the part number is most certainly correct. If you place the order through that link you WILL get the ST rear badge.Just as a note you keep linking to the Fiesta nameplate, not the ST nameplate that you are showing in your picture.
