Hello All,

I just placed an order for a 2016 Kona Blue w/ SS Recaros and Ebony wheels. Salesman quoted 7 weeks, but judging by what I've read here, I think he was optimistic.

As a past 2000 Focus ZX3 and 2002 SVT Focus owner, I'm really looking forward to this car.

He was extremely optimistic. I believe some special orders for other vehicles take less time so that's what he's basing it off of, but mine just arrived at exactly 15 weeks (a week early from the ETA) and that is fast for a Fiesta special order. 2015 orders were running up to 25 weeks at one point I think. I would expect it sometime around January assuming 15 weeks wait time.

Nice! I ordered a 2016 Magnetic (Gun metal?) with the Recaro package and ebony wheels. Now coming Monday it will be 3 weeks since it was ordered. have no clue how long it will be before it comes!

The dealer got the order info in. Order went in the system on 9/26, it has a VIN number and it's scheduled to enter production on 11/23 and delivery is 01/06. The dealer said these dates were only estimates and that it could be sooner. I guess that means it could be later too?

Ordered September 26th, delivered to the dealer on December 17th.

That's pretty good time. I think ordering is taking less time with the 2016s. Congrats on the new car.

Good choice! I recently bought the 2016 Kona Blue FiST with the Recaros. Such a hot car in person, luckily mine was just sitting in the lot when I showed up to the dealership. Patiently waiting for mine to be ready for pick up here in Hawaii, I had to ship it here just a week after I bought it.
