I'm happy to have a four-door. A bit bummed by the extra weight, but otherwise it's quite handy.
That's just it -- it's not that much heavier. A lot of the difference here comes in the form of US-specific trim with the full spare and safety changes. I've read that in a few places. I feel better about dropping the 40ish pounds of weight in the form of the spare (again, I carry a patch kit and 4x4 size fix-a-flat instead).

That's certainly an idea. Then again, I'd be lying if I said I'm the sort of person who drives the thing hard enough that I'd notice.

I way prefer the convenience of having four doors. Probabably wouldn't look at it if it only had two.
Funny isn't it... Probably hear the same number of complaints if it came with less doors.

I've read a handful of reviews overseas where they're envious of North American models with our "four doors". Lol

That is funny. I wondered that, and knowing people, you know how that goes...
