Here is where the button is supposed to be.

That is crazy the button is missing! Perhaps the wiring is there, but the wrong button was installed. Do you have heated seats?

The trim piece around the HVAC/shifter bezel pops out really easily. I have had mine apart a dozen times, so it will be really easy to check to see if the wires are there. If you need to use my picture of the ST interior, go ahead and use it. I am not able to see your picture, it just comes up with a black image.

Yikes! that is scary! No ESC Off button would greatly reduce hooning, joy, and happiness.
