My favorite color is Tuxedo Black but I am worried that it will always look dirty since I don't make it to the car wash that often. The fact that there is a good amount of metallic in it does give me a little hope but I was hoping that some of you guys could tell me how bad it is. I'm not someone who washes my own car and I only make it to the car wash 1 to 2 times a month. Will I be unhappy with this color?

Black and ANY darker color for that matter aka Blue looks great when clean but 5 minutues later they are already showing the dust and pollen in the air .. I LOVE to hate my black cars I have had so I went blue this time only to find it is a pickle to keep clean and spotleess also .. Black looks Great you just need to adjust you definition of "clean" lol to me silver and grey colors so the lesser amount of road and tree debris..

If you're going to obsess over how dirty it looks, don't get the black. I've had black cars before and I love how look when they're clean, but they just don't stay that way long enough. Go find some and see how they look. I'm very happy with the Molten Orange. It doesn't show the dirt as bad and when the sun shines on it, it looks AMAZING!

Looks good most of the time, but winter is the time that it really can get nasty in a hurry. Salt and sand on the roads make some large swoops on the side of the car unless you have some mudflaps. It is really at its best right after a washing and a quick waxing though.

If you don't wash your own car, and only have it done once a month, the car will ALWAYS look dirty. When you take it to a car wash, it will be dirty by the time you get home. The doesn't even take into account the brake dust on the wheels. Black cars show off the dirt. If you're buying the car for its looks, you'll always be disappointed. If you're buying it for performance and don't plan to keep it long term, you'll be overjoyed.
