Quick question about break-in period

I went to look at a Fiesta ST today. 2015 Black, base. No recarros (not sure if I like that)...

The car has 197 miles, I got to wondering... the dealership/the test drivers have probably been getting onto it a little during test drives...

Is this something to even worry about? If I buy this car and continue w/ the recommended break in procedures... it should be good to go right?

I work at a Ford dealer. Yes the cars do get driven "spiritedly" by the staff. No, it will have absolutely no negative effect on the car. Every car on the lot gets the same treatment, and there never are any ill effects unless it is broken to begin with. The Internet loves to think elaborate break in "procedures" are necessary. They aren't. It's all hearsay and nobody has ever proven that on a modern car they have any possible measurable effect.
I wouldn't be too worried about this as modern engines today are run in the engine plant. For the amount of time its probably driven hard shouldn't make much of a difference.

As for buying a FiST with non Recaro seats I would personally advise against this because a FiST with Recaro seat will have better resale and be more popular. It's sort of like people that buy sports cars with automatic transmissions, they seem to have a harder time selling the car.
I sure wasn't thinking about resale when I ordered the Recaros....;)
