Does anyone possibly know if there is a re-learn procedure for the moonroof. Mine opens up with the one touch function, but stops a few inches early, if I hold the button, it slides all the way. I googled it, but only found procedures for the moonroofs with the single button, not the two switch design of our Fiestas.

This may be a "feature". My car doesn't have a moonroof, but a car I owned previously did and operated just as you describe. The reason it didn't open all the way with one-touch was because those last few inches introduce a lot of wind turbulence. You could override this by holding the button while the roof opened. I can't say for sure if the Fiesta is also designed this way.

I've had 2 Fiestas and that's how the Moon Roof has operated for both of them. There's nothing wrong with your Moon Roof.

That is indeed by design. You'll notice that there is significantly less wind buffeting at highway speeds having the roof open to the preset stopping point compared to wide open.
