The thread on problems resetting the TPMS sensors got me to thinking. I just got a new set of tires installed last week and watched the tech walk around and reset all the TPMS sensors. When I got home, I was able to check the tire pressure (when cold) and found that the tech had set the front tires to 32 psi, which is 7 psi under the recommended pressure.
So my question is this; does the TPMS system now think that 32 psi is the correct pressure for my tires? Is the system going let the pressure get down to 25 psi before it issues a warning?
