For anyone questioning the benefits of Mountune's full induction kit which replaces all the intercooler plumbing with a combo of silicone hoses and a hardline to replace the stock baffled pipe on the compressor side of the turbo I'm going to give you my review.

Not only was this an easy job which didn't require removing the front bumper cover, it's has noticeable improvements. This was the last addition after installing the mountune air box, intercooler, and full turbo back exhaust. All were done independent of each other so I could tell if there was any real noticeable benefit and after having a constant smile from going full stage 3 with a tune from Randy, I was happy to get even more drivability out of the induction kit! Throttle response was much improved and the spool up is even quicker. This little fiesta now has the throttle response of almost a lightened naturally aspirated motor! This car just keeps getting better and better.

Nice review. From what I've both read and experienced, it seems that most of the "noticeable" gains (throttle response and spool up) come from the lower hot side charge pipe. I would like to know if the additional plumbing makes even more of a difference!

Well I installed the lower hard pipe that comes off the compressor side of the turbo at the same time as the rest of the plumbing to and from the intercooler. I had replaced the upper hose from the air box into at the same time as the mountune airbox install last year and that made a nice difference in throttle response and cooler air temps due to the tube they use to pull air from the wheel well. The remainder of the plumbing going into and out of the intercooler looks only slightly larger but much more firm so you won't have the expansion in the tubing you might get with the stock ones. The hard pipe which deletes the baffle will definitely help since its larger and smooth. I didn't expect to get noticeable results, but it definitely made a nice improvement in terms of drivability. It's these little refinements which make it all come together. Kind of like the short shifter. You don't need it but it sure feels better

Agreed. It is the little things! Although after installing the short shift kit, I do believe I need it :D
