How about a hitch rack? I put a lightweight Reese tab hitch on my old Focus, and could attach and remove a bicycle rack in seconds. Nothing touched any paint at all.
I've seen receiver hitches for older Fiestas, however now that they've changed the "diffuser" underneath the bumper, I've not seen one yet for the 2014 models. I know, doesn't work for kayaks or skis, but you can't beat a hitch rack for bicycles.
