I've had Thule (regular and aero) and Yakima (round). I prefer Yakima because I like how everything works and the carriers mount to the rack bars. The Thule stuff looks more modern but is over engineered and tends to have more pieces to loose and it doesn't seem to be as simple to connect a carrier to the bar. For my FiST I'm planning on the Whispbar through racks (Yakima bought Whispbar) because there the most efficient and I hated my Thule setups. Round Yakima racks are the most versatile but are the loudest and cause the most drag.
