I would assume the Fiesta ST will go where the Focus ST goes so GS I am guessing. My main question is whether OEM tires will need to be replaced with 200+ tread wear tires in 2015. It would suck to have to buy another set of wheels and tires.

Go fast costs money....how fast do you want to go?
I will assure you the Re050s are not nearly grippy enough for competitive autocross......
I know all about spending money to go fast, I have $3000+ of wheels and tires alone sitting in the garage. But with autocross you have to also remember the Yogi Berra quote "90% of this game is half mental" :).

WRT the RE050s I can't say a lot as I've been on A6's for a long time. I did do one race on oldish street tires in a friends Miata and still managed to win (and finish 2nd PAX for the event) so you don't always need perfect rubber.

You're missing the fact that the +/-1 rule in Street class only applies to wheel diameter, the width has to be the same as the stock 17" wheels. Also the previous 1/4" +/- rule still applies to the offset. Hopefully this will simplify your wheel search!
