I recently had to take my 15 fiesta ST in for service due to an increasing grinding sound when changing gears. After they looked into it, they had to replace the transaxle, clutch and slave cylinder. They called me to come pick it up and when they went to pull it up clutch went to floor so they kept it longer. Got a call today and they got another slave cylinder and was told that now they are on a national back order meaning it must be a recurring problem and to expect a possible recall or TSB. They also said the new slave cylinder they installed failed in the exact same way as the original. Thought I would give a heads up for anyone that may be having transmission problems...
