Hey Guys,

Just wanted to share my winter tire/wheel combo from tirerack in the case my fellow cold weather state Fiesta drivers are also shopping for their combo.

Wheels : 16x7 Sparco Terra Light Grey Painted (Thought these gave the car a rally look)
https://www.tirerack.com/wheels/Whe...utoModel=Fiesta+ST&autoYear=2015&autoModClar=

Tires: 205/45R16 Pirelli Winter Sottozero 210 (These were the best tires recommended by tirerack, and also seemed to get really good reviews)

Hope this helps anybody doing their research!

I have a bit worse winters where I am at. Last year and the year before we had as low as -40 with windchill and at times 8-12 inches of snow. Gets crazy in ohio. This year ... not so bad so far with 50s today and pretty much everyday this month. With that said, knowing how bad it gets I opted for 15s instead of 17s with Michelin ice tires sized at 195/55R15. Also got a set of spoked aluminum rims due to the steelies being out of stock - MSW Type 86 6 inch width.

car feels pretty weird with the side wall and tread squirm but what ever I'll baby it in the cold to keep the winter tires together so not that worried about that. I also opted out of TPMS to save cost. Kinda funny, because I am a mechanical engineer and design Central Tire Inflation Systems for the military and related markets that are like TPMS but it can inflate and deflate to set pressures during vehicle operation for different terrains.

Those sparco rims are pretty sweet I might get those for summer wheels. How are the bridge stones? I had the w70s on my focus ( beater car in college ) and those where great just did not last me long. Granted - that got driven harder then my fiesta does.

Bad pictures sorry lol

Those look good man! I ended up getting Pirelli's in 16'' size. They work really well so far. A little squirmy but not too bad. As far as cold weather testing goes, like you, I've not had snow to test them in except for one night about a month ago lol.
