I have a big chip in one wheel and a small chip in another and I'd like to find a source for the appropriate silver paint to touch them up. Sure I could go to a professional wheel restorer but around here most want $150/wheel and up to do so which isn't worth it IMHO.

If you are referring to the Sparkle Silver wheel paint currently in use on several Ford vehicles (including Fiesta), M-6389-W Touch-up Paint is supposedly available. I use the FoMoCo UI (U "eye") coded Lacquer Touch-up Paint on my SES wheels and it looks spot on.
